Our Mission.

Every year, millions of American women and girls are raped, beaten, stalked and sexually harassed.

It's time for guys to put an end to men's violence against women. Our goal is to prevent violence against women and children and to promote gender equality, safety and justice in our community.

How We Started.

In 2004, Peter Navratil, Jack Brennick and Hank Shaw were tired of guys sitting by and not standing up to what was going on around them. Out of their frustration, they started Stand Up Guys to reach out to other men to prevent all forms of violence against women and children. This includes sexual assault, domestic violence, mental and psychological abuse, harassment, discrimination, stalking and other forms of abuse.
